CREDIT Vibes Researchers Present at Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology (FAT 2025)

The 7th Edition of the Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology (FAT 2025) was held in Valencia, Spain, from September 8–10, 2025. This hybrid event brings together scientists, industry professionals, and innovators to discuss the latest advances under the theme “Exploring New Frontiers in Food Science and Technology”.

Representing the CREDIT Vibes Project, Dr. Marijana Simić and Dr. Vesna Perić participated in this international gathering to share their research findings and promote project results.

Dr. Simić presented a poster entitled “Effect of organic and conventional cropping systems on bioactive compounds in maize genotypes,” highlighting how different production systems influence the nutritional and functional properties of maize.

Dr. Perić contributed with the poster “Identification of kunitz-free soybean lines by the application of different marker types,” showcasing the application of molecular tools in improving soybean quality traits.

Through their participation, both researchers contributed to the visibility of the CREDIT Vibes Project within the international scientific community, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration in the field of sustainable crop production and food science.
