Within the framework of the CREDIT Vibes project, a nine-day staff exchange was held at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 30 August to 7 September 2025, focusing on strengthening institutional capacities in intellectual property strategy, technology transfer, and project management.
Two representatives from the MRI – Dr. Jelena Srdić and Suzana Nogo—took part in hands-on workshops and expert-led discussions covering IP regulations in the EU and Serbia, the role of Project Management Offices (PMO), and Technology Transfer Offices (TTO) in supporting researchers from idea development to implementation.
A visit to AUTH’s Technology Transfer Office, WALK, provided practical insight into patent registration, start-up creation, and commercialization pathways for research results.
The exchange contributed to MRI’s efforts to further develop its PMO and TTO structures, strengthen market-oriented research activities, and prepare for future international project applications—advancing the long-term goals of the CREDIT Vibes initiative.
