The CREDIT Vibes Partners Meeting was successfully held on 17–18 March 2026 in Thessaloniki, bringing together project partners to review progress and coordinate the completion of key project activities as the project approaches its final phase.

The two-day meeting focused on advancing several important deliverables and preparing the project’s final reporting documentation. On the first day of the meeting, partners presented updates on technical progress across multiple work packages. Representatives from the Maize Research Institute Zemun Polje (MRI) introduced progress on Deliverable D1.1, followed by contributions from the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia (KIS) on Deliverable D1.2. The session continued with presentations from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) on Deliverable D3.2 and KIS on Deliverable D4.2, enabling partners to align implementation steps and ensure consistency across project outputs.
The second day of the meeting was dedicated to finalizing remaining deliverables and coordinating reporting activities. MRI presented progress on Deliverable D5.2, followed by detailed discussions on the preparation of the project’s final report (Part A and financial reporting). In the afternoon session, partners worked collaboratively on the technical section of the final report, ensuring that all scientific, training, and capacity-building achievements of the CREDIT Vibes project were clearly documented.

The meeting provided an important opportunity for partners to strengthen coordination, review achieved milestones, and finalize key documentation required for the successful closure of the project. Through constructive discussions and joint planning, participants reaffirmed their commitment to delivering high-quality results that support institutional capacity building, knowledge exchange, and innovation in sustainable agriculture.
The Thessaloniki meeting marked another significant step toward the successful completion of the CREDIT Vibes project and highlighted the strong collaboration between participating institutions across the consortium.
