In Aristotle University of Thessaloniki employees from Maize Research Institute, who participate in WP3 of CREDIT Vibes Project, attended three-day training for Enhancing HR knowledge.

The objectives for this training in organization of one of the partners of the Consortium were how to improve the knowledge and skills of participants and introduction to HR systems, exchange of knowledge and assessment on MRI HR environment and organizational structure SWOT analysis.
Training was divided in three blocks. In first block introduction to HR strategy (goals and objectives) were presented to the participants, followed by a discussion on topics: workforce demographics, culture, vision and values in MRI, foundation of HR management (systematisation of jobs, competency framework, policies, manuals and procedures).
Second block was reserved for Introduction to HR Systems – Performance management, rewards and recognition, training and development, recruiting and retaining, talent management, succession planning. The third block included monitoring, measuring and improving employee engagement and motivation, organization, effectiveness and efficiency of the HR division, implementing HR Metrics and analytics and solving specific case troubles.
