The three days trainnig on HR Management is completed in Aristotle University in Thesaloniki,
Thessaloniki, Greece who is the Leader of WP 3, from May 3-5, 2023.
The training was realized according to the following schedule:
Session I: Day 1 – Wednesday, May 3 rd , 09.30-11.00
- Brief Exchange of Knowledge and Assessment on MRI HR environment, organizational
structure & SWOT analysis; - Introduction to HR Strategy, goals and objectives;
11.20-13.00 - High level discussion on: Workforce demographics, Culture, Vision & Values;
- Foundation of HR Management (systematization of jobs, competency framework, policies, manuals, and procedures).
Session II: Day 2- Thursday, May 4 th , 9.30 – 11.00 - Introduction to HR Systems;
- Performance Management (competencies & target-setting);
- Rewards & Recognition (incl. job evaluation, variable pay & benefits);
- Training & Development;
- Attract, Recruit, Retain;
- Career & Talent Management;
- Succession Planning.
11.20-13.00 - Monitoring, Measuring & Improving Employee Engagement and Motivation;
- Organization, Effectiveness & Efficiency of the HR Division;
- Implementing HR Metrics & Analytics;
- Question&Answers.
Session III , Day 3 – Friday, May 5 th , 10.00 – 11.30 - Revisit of key concepts;
- Case specific conversation on systems and metrics for implementation purposes.
The teaching persons were Mary Georgiadou and Antonios Antoiadis as a prfesional HR
consultants.
The attendres were Milena Simić, Aleksandra Ognjanović, and Suzana Nogo from MRI and prof.
Jorgos Zalidis, Danae Papadopulou, Maria Giortsou, and Chryissa Copra from AUTH.
