The “Improvement and Development of Promoters” training, organized by HR CENTER on April 15, 2024, aims to enhance promoters’ communication and public performance skills. Nine trainees will participate, focusing on effective audience engagement and presentation techniques.

The goal of this one-day training is to align associates who have been working in the Institute for a longer time with those who are new, in terms of communication with clients in the field, as well as with each other. The ultimate goal is a unified and standardized market presence, professional communication, and product presentation by a harmonious team that supports each other and creates results together.
In line with this goal, the training should allow associates to share best practices and improve communication with agricultural producers, traders, and colleagues. It is especially important for them to have professional public speaking, deliver high-quality product presentations both at individual meetings and at larger organized gatherings.
The training is divided in three blocks:
Block 1 – Techniques in Effective Communication: Focuses on verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Key aspects include clarity, active listening, body language, and overcoming communication barriers.
Block 2 – Public Speaking: Covers speech preparation, delivery techniques, managing anxiety, and handling Q&A sessions. Emphasizes audience engagement, vocal modulation, and confidence-building strategies.
Block 3 – Teamwork: Highlights collaboration, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive team culture. Key elements include clear goals, open communication, problem-solving, and building trust within a team.
This training was comprehensive, combining written materials, interactive exercises, and testing to ensure participants fully grasp the concepts. The training included presentations, collaborative discussions, hands-on workshops, case study evaluations, and problem-solving exercises. It incorporated both individual and group-based learning methods, guided by a seasoned instructor.
