Representatives of Maize Research Institute „Zemun Polje“ (Suzana Nogo, Marina Ivanovic, Jovan Pavlov, Aleksandar Stevanovic) visited the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia for the purpose of training within the Credit Vibes project.
Agricultural Institute of Slovenia is Institute’s mentor on the project, and during the visit main trainings were done regarding the establishment of Project Management Office and Transfer Technology Office.
The lecturers from Agricultural Institute of Slovenia were Dr Antoaneta Kuhar, Head of Project Management Office and Mr Blanka Mekinda Vidmar, Head of Transfer Technology Office.
Trainings were also done with Head of Finance and Accounting office Mr Gašper Žerjal and with Chief of Informational Office Mr Jure Živec.
The objectives of three-day training were improving the knowledge of participants in terms of organization of Project management office and Transfer technology office. Training also included meeting with participants in WP2 of CREDIT Vibes project and webinar: “Lump Sum funding in Horizon Europe: How does it work? How to write a proposal?“ On the last day of the training the topic was IT role in Research Organization.
